The wine has a light straw yellow color in the glass. On the nose, this Pouilly Fumé has a fine scent, wonderfully broad, lush and exotic, gooseberries, ripe pear, and flowers. In the mouth the wine is tasty and juicy, exotic and lively, nice acidity, light plumpness, nice length and power. A delicious crisp dry white wine which is delicious as an aperitif, goes well with seafood, turbot with spinach, a nice crottin de chavignol.
