Bollinger Special Cuvée NV

Champagne Deutz Brut Classic NV


Dancing and golden in the glass, its fine bubbles rise gracefully to the surface. It first evokes mellow aromas of acacia flowers, confectionery, Reinette apples and brioche. The wine then gains in fullness, its silky texture revealing a successful balance between the freshness of Chardonnay, the fruitiness and structure of Pinot Noir and a touch of vinosity from the Pinot Meunier.

Comtes de Champagne “Blanc de Blancs” 2006

Very pale yellow colour. Fine, light bubbles, rise steadily to form a delicate ring of foam. The nose initially presents a fresh, refined tangerine-like fruitiness. It then develops more mature notes of ripe fruit, raisin pastries and candied fruit.  The Comtes de Champagne Blanc de Blancs 2006 offers maturity and finesse. This champagne’s aromatic potential is just beginning to open up, suggesting a very good capacity to age.

Cristal Vintage Brut 2009


Cristal is a blend of Grands Crus from the Montagne
de Reims, the Vallée de la Marne and the Côte des
Blancs. The wine is aged for 6 years in the cellars
and left for a minimum of 8 months after disgorging
to attain the perfect maturity.
