100% Chardonnay.
Complex and generous, Chassagne-Montrachet 2015 has a clear lemon color. The nose and palate present with intense aromas and flavors of acacia, yellow peaches and ripe pineapple, lined with notes of vanilla, almonds and hazelnuts. The finish is long and leaves a sense of generosity. It is a white wine approachable now, but definitely age worthy.
Fermentation and aging in the same French oak barrels. Malolactic fermentation. Aging on lees for 16 months. Fining and light filtration before bottling.
