Blend of predominantly Glera with other indigenous grapes.
The Astoria Yu Sushi sparkler was originally intended, as the name suggests, to accompany Sushi but it’s great to drink as an aperitif or with any form of fish dish. It gives a stream of fine, continuous bubbles and has a light straw yellow colour. It is exceptionally elegant with clean fruity notes in the bouquet and distinctive fruit flavours on the palate with a fresh, dryish finish.
