Blend of 55% Merlot, 35% Syrah, 10% Sangiovese
The three varieties are fermented and macerated separately for around 15 days, and after 12 months of oak ageing, the wines are finally blended together. The resulting wine shows aromas of black cherries and black plums. It is complex and deeper on the nose, with enticing notes of sandalwood and essential oils. It is well-structured, with a round mouth-feel, combined with a refreshing acidity.
