An elegant and well balanced wine with focused redcurrant, red cherry and cloves. Good structure and a long finish.

A classic fermentation process includes complete de-stemming followed by fermentation in
stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature. Post maceration takes place for 3 weeks, and
then the wine is aged for 18 to 20 months in 15% new and 85% 1-to 4-year old oak barrels.
The wine is unfiltered.
