This malt, aged in two different types of cask (sherry and refill bourbon casks) offers great aromatic richness marked by notes of stewed fruit and mild spices.
Excellent served with a caramelized apple tart and a few slices of fresh mango.
Appearance : Amber.
Nose : Expressive, suggesting a certain power. Notes of stewed fruit, mild spices, dark chocolate and sherry.
Palate : Intense and silky. A direct attack characterised by intense fruitiness. The woody notes and sherry influence give it warmth and generosity.
Overall : Long with notes of wood and mild spices.
