Château-Fuissé’s Pouilly-Fuissé Tête de Cru is sourced from more than 40 parcels and located throughout the estate’s 100-acre holdings. The personal touch of Antoine Vincent in the final blend makes this wine the representative example of the Pouilly-Fuissé appellation.

90% Cabernet Sauvignon and 10% Merlot. The wine ages in barriques for 20-24 months and the bottle for six months. Cignale is deep, dark ruby in color. Very floral and beautiful with hints of dark fruit, black currant, and violets.

Light yellow colo rwith pale gree ntints. Intens eand complex nose of exotic white fruits and citrus fruit mixed with floral notes of linden and acacia. The palate is rich, generous, ample and intensely fruity, with very good tension. The Sauvignon Blanc lemon juice delicately coats the exotic sweetness (lychee, mango) of the well-ripe Semillon. Mineral notes bringing good salinity added to this cocktail,to serve a beautiful finish. Concentration of white fruits, mineral freshness and righteousness. To drink at 10°C
On the nose it is both complex and pleasing with aromas of ripe red and black fruits which marry perfectly with the notes of liquorice and chocolate. On the elegant, beautifully dense palate, we can detect hints of spiciness overlaid with smoky, peppery woodiness. The tannins are persistent and tightly knit with a finesse which allows an astonishingly prolonged aftertaste. This is a thoroughbred of a wine encompassing elegant, enduring qualities. Although quite magnificent now, if you can hide it away somewhere for a few years, you will not be disappointed!
In the glass, Cloudline clearly conveys its Oregon roots. The color is a dark ruby red, the nose is layered and complex, and on the palate, one enjoys dark berry fruits, blue fruits, cola notes and a touch of spice. The finish is integrated and balanced. Very pale yellow colour. Fine, light bubbles, rise steadily to form a delicate ring of foam. The nose initially presents a fresh, refined tangerine-like fruitiness. It then develops more mature notes of ripe fruit, raisin pastries and candied fruit. The Comtes de Champagne Blanc de Blancs 2006 offers maturity and finesse. This champagne’s aromatic potential is just beginning to open up, suggesting a very good capacity to age.
The nose shows intense notes of ripe cherries and blueberries well integrated with intriguing hints of candied fruit and sweet spices. On the palate, the wine is supple, balanced, and long. The balance and the high pleasure level of the fruity aftertaste are a characterizing element of the wine.
The wine takes its name from the first proprietors of the Castello della Sala and the label carries a design representing the 15th century San Giovanni (Saint John) chapel situated on the estate. The first vintage of Conte della Vipera to be produced was the 1997.
A light straw yellow in color with greenish highlights, the floral and herbaceous notes first emerge to be followed by hints of white fruit complemented by pleasurable notes of citrus fruit and pineapples. The palate shows a fine balanced between structure and acidity along with a finish and aftertaste of much length and persistence.
